How does set up and break down work?
Our team will arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your event to set up, depending on your rental package. If you request an early setup, the booth will be ready, but your rental end time will remain the same. In the unlikely event of a late arrival causing any time loss, we’ll ensure the lost time is added back to your rental duration.
What type of photo booth services do you offer?
We offer two exciting photo booth options: the 360 Video Booth and our stationary Selfie Booth. Both booths include digital sharing capabilities, with the Selfie Booth also offering the option for instant prints. Either booth is sure to add fun and unforgettable memories to your event!
Can I customize the booth for my event?
Absolutely! Every booth rental includes a fully customizable experience. To ensure the booth complements your event perfectly, we’ll provide you with an Event Questionnaire to gather all the details.
Do you provide attendants with the photo booth rental?
Yes, each of our photo booths comes with a professional attendant to ensure everything runs smoothly. They’ll be on hand to assist with any troubleshooting or questions throughout your event.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. If needed, we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your event or venue upon request.
What type of events do you service?
Everything! Whether it's a Wedding, Corporate Event, Prom, Gala, Sweet Sixteen, Baby Shower, Graduation, Birthday Celebration, Retirement, School Fun Day, etc., we have the perfect booth for you.
What is required to reserve my date?
To reserve your date, simply complete the booking form under Book Now or email us at luxeshot360@gmail.com. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of $100 will secure your reservation. Payments can be made via Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle, or through an invoice.
How quickly do the guests receive their photos/video?
Guests will receive their photos and videos instantly! They can share them via text, email, AirDrop (for iPhone users), or by scanning the QR code.
The day after your event, we’ll send you an email with a link to the event gallery, where you can easily download and save the photos and videos to your phone or computer.
